SINGLE CULTIVAR | Saemidori
This Yame (Fukuoka) Matcha made from a simple cultivar, namely Saemidori, is one of the most prized cultivars for the production of high-quality Ceremonial Matcha with a rich and traditional aromatic profile.
On the palate, it offers delicious umami notes with its very smooth and creamy texture, roasted nut reminiscent of macadamia, then finishes with a note reminiscent of semi-sweet chocolate, without however having bitterness, and leaving a very pronounced sweet sensation. A rich and flavorful grand cru!
Preparation: Ceremonial Usucha style | 75-80 C° / 2g = 100ml of water (or diluted to 125ml)
