In Chinese, its name means "downy tip". This tea is one of the most renowned in China, notably because of its harvesting method, which consists of just the bud from the first spring harvest. The leaves, which have been artisanally roasted in a wok and then folded into fine twisted tips, give it an exceptional taste and quality.
It is one of the most complex Chinese green teas in terms of taste and aromas. It offers a unique aromatic bouquet of fruits and flowers, and leaves a sweet sensation in the finish. Soft and round, it has a very good length in the mouth. A grand cru!
