Citrus leaves are always rich in essential oils and flavonoids, making them very therapeutically interesting. The citrals, very recognizable by their smell, have excellent anti-inflammatory and calming properties.
Uses: Slow digestion, lemonade, citrus bath.
Proportions: 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water, infuse for 10 minutes covered to retain the aromas in the infusion.
