Jīn Táo [Peach Oolong]

(Bei Shan, Nantou, Taiwan) This high-mountain tea is handcrafted from the Jin Xuan cultivar. It comes from a terroir in the famous Nantou region of Taiwan.

Lightly oxidized and roasted, this tea offers rich and gourmet notes reminiscent of milk and cream, roasted nuts, a complex floral bouquet, and especially caramelized peach. Its rich and complex taste, worthy of a great tea, leaves a sweet finish that will linger long after consumption.
