Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural farming without chemicals, without pesticide use and made fairly according to international "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership" standards.

Storage: To offer you an optimally fresh product, our matcha, which is regularly produced in small batches, was made from Tencha leaves that were refrigerated until grinding. It was then shipped to us by plane to reduce exposure to heat, then finally stored in our refrigerators until your purchase. To maintain its freshness, it is advisable to keep it refrigerated until consumption.

This lightly roasted green tea comes from the first spring harvest, from the Saitama region, then ground into powder to transform it into a matcha. It offers a tea without theine or bitterness with gourmet notes!

Its silky liquor offers gourmet notes of cocoa and dried red fruits, especially reminiscent of sweet dates. Ideally consumed as a latte; a perfect substitute for chocolate milk.


Preparation: 80 C° / 1g = 250ml water (+ milk and sugar)
