(Ha Giang, Vietnam) White tea from the high mountains of Ha Giang province, Vietnam. Exclusively produced, it comes from the first spring harvest, composed of buds and its first two leaves. The picked leaves are simply sun-dried to maximize their natural taste and preserve their benefits and nutrients as much as possible.
Soft and fresh on the palate, it offers floral notes, autumn fruits, banana and chestnut, among others. A rounded finish and a sweet sensation are left at the end, reminiscent of a beautiful sunny spring day.
