Our certified Japanese tea master-instructors invite you to taste 4 distinct hojicha-matcha, across different degrees of roasting, terroirs, and milling fineness. You can compare them by tasting them first in their pure form, and also learn how to prepare them to make delicious iced beverages.
► Hojicha is a roasted green tea. It is called hojicha-matcha when it is finely ground, to be consumed in a manner comparable to classic matcha.

- Hojicha-Matcha from Miyazaki [imperial grade]
- Hojicha-Matcha from Yame [imperial grade]
- Hojicha-Matcha from Yame [ceremonial grade]
