FENG HUANG DAN CONG- (Guangdong, China) Originating from the legendary "Phoenix" mountains in Guangdong, this oolong is a classic among Gong Fu Cha tea enthusiasts. This spring tea comes from a natural cross-breeding of several wild tea tree cultivars from the Wudong region, at an altitude of 1150m.
It offers a full-bodied and rich liquor with notes reminiscent of magnolia flower, hence its name, honey, fruits like lychee, nuts, as well as a mineral touch. Indulgent and round, it has a very good length in the mouth that leaves a fresh and sweet sensation.
