Gui Hua [Osmanthus Flower Oolong]
(Bei Shan, Nantou, Taiwan) This high-mountain tea is handcrafted from the Jin Xuan cultivar. It comes from a famous region of Nantou, Taiwan.
Lightly oxidized and roasted, this tea offers rich and gourmet notes reminiscent of cream, toasted nuts, honey, caramelized ginger, and osmanthus flower. Its rich and complex taste, worthy of a great tea, leaves a sweet finish that will linger long after consumption.
