Our Yame tea garden has received numerous global awards for the excellence of its products for years and is ISO 22000 certified. From the first spring harvest, its light, flat, and thin leaves produce a jade green infusion with a darker color than other types of Sencha due to a longer firing process.
On the palate, it offers fresh, mild vegetal and marine notes, the famous umami, as well as velvety sensations; a smooth, raw tea!
