This famous green tea from the Chiran region comes from the Yabukita cultivar. From the first harvest of spring, this Sencha is considered one of the best in Japan and is highly prized by the Japanese. Its flat, thin, very light leaves produce a jade green infusion due to the long steaming of the leaves.
On the palate, it offers fresh, sweet marine and vegetal notes, the famous umami, as well as sweet potato notes. A clean, fresh, and sweet sensation on the palate with little astringency!
