Storage: To offer you a product of optimal freshness, our matcha, which is regularly produced in small batches, was made from Tencha leaves that were refrigerated until grinding. It was then shipped to us by plane to reduce heat exposure time, and finally stored in our refrigerators until your purchase. To maintain its freshness, it is advisable to keep it refrigerated until consumed.

(Yame, Japan) At the World Tea Union Awards 2023, this famous exceptional ceremonial grade Matcha tea was awarded the gold prize. It comes from the first spring harvest and is made from the very rare and prized Okumidori cultivar. Artisanally produced in limited quantities by the grand master of the renowned Yame garden, even the tea trees were carefully and personally cultivated by him on one of the best mountain slopes in the region.

It offers nutty notes like almond and pistachio, a perfectly balanced umami, leaving a smooth and creamy sensation in the mouth, with a sweet finish. A grand cru that will offer you a memorable moment of happiness!
