This Sheng type Puerh tea (raw, naturally fermented by aging) is a house production, from the 1st spring harvest of 2025 from wild tea trees of our new partner in Ha Giang province, northern Vietnam.
Flavor profile: Its golden liquor offers fresh and floral notes, reminiscent of chamomile, green olive, a silky and sweet honey finish, and leaving a touch of astringency characteristic of a young Sheng tea. An atypical Puerh profile worth discovering and appreciating!
Recommended brewing techniques:
Parameters: 5g for 250ml (1g per 50ml) / water at 95° C / 5 assured infusions
**Pre-rinse the leaves (quick 3-second infusion) with water at 95° C, then let the leaves steep for about 15 seconds before the 1st infusion.
Recommended infusion time:
1st infusion: 18 seconds
2-4 infusions: 15 seconds
5-6 infusions: 20 seconds
