Originally from the Simao region of Yunnan, this rare white tea is only picked in early spring during the night of the first full moon, then withered under the full moon; a unique process that yields a unique and superior tea. Its picking consists of silver buds and its first two black leaves.
When steeped, its sweet liquor has vegetal notes of wheat, fruity notes of plantain, fresh chestnut and apricot. A sweet and refreshing finish. This tea improves with age.
