(Hiroshima, Japan) This rare and unique white tea was handcrafted from wild tea plants over 70 years old, with the leaves sun-dried on the beaches of the Onomichi region, giving it a unique taste and aromatic profile.
Its liquor opens with herbaceous notes of linden and artichoke, jasmine and chamomile flowers, then evolves into citrus zest tones, and finishes with a sweet, sugary note of green peas. A rare and original grand cru to discover!
