Cold weather is the perfect time to enjoy roasted tea. Discover the aromatic and gustatory transformation of roasted tea through this technical training workshop guided by Master Han Le.
You will have the opportunity to experiment with two Japanese tea roasting techniques using traditional cooking accessories: the horoku and the nabe. Plus, you'll get to take home the teas you roasted yourself!
During the activity, participants will also be able to taste the transformation of tea through comparative tastings of different roasting levels via a comparative tasting of 6 teas.
