Professional Training on Japanese Tea - GJTea Program | Level 2 [Intermediate]

$525.00

The Global Japanese Tea Association's professional training program on Japanese tea offers globally recognized certification.

It is divided into 3 levels: Foundation, Intermediate, and Tea Master. The Foundation and Intermediate levels are offered by Thés Guru in North America, either online or in-person, in French or English. The courses are taught by Master Han Le, tea instructor and GJTea's highest-level representative in North America.

The final level is only offered in Japan and consists of a 2-week internship that will ultimately teach you about tea culture and production. The training covers both theoretical and practical concepts, during which you will discover the world of Japanese tea through both taste and smell. You will have the opportunity to make and drink many grand cru teas. The training will also provide an overview of concepts related to the Senchado and Chado (Chanoyu) tea ceremonies.
