Originating from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, this is the most famous oolong in the region. From a rare species of ancient wild tea tree, its whole, twisted and lightly roasted leaves offer a full and rich liquor.
Its aroma is woody and its taste, though initially full-bodied, finishes with a floral, sweet, complex, and unique note that will delight lovers of strong teas. This is a grand cru that offers a good length in the mouth.
Preparation: 95 C° / 1 minute / 7 infusions / 5g = 250ml water
