This white tea comes from the Fujian province, from the famous Fuding region. Traditionally, white tea was reserved exclusively for emperors. This tea, composed of buds and its first two leaves, is harvested exclusively in spring. The picked leaves are simply sun-dried to preserve their natural taste as much as possible, along with their benefits and nutrients.
With sweet notes and a good roundness in the mouth, its slightly woody taste is reminiscent of ripe autumn fruits and banana, with a hint of hazelnut and chestnut. This tea has been aged since 2013 to enhance its taste and potential benefits.
