From tea trees in the village of Ya Nuo, You Le Mountain, Xishuangbanna autonomous prefecture, Yunnan province, this Pu-Erh Shou (cooked) has matured to perfection in our warehouses in Hong Kong.
Taste profile: Its dark brown liquor offers complex notes of date, prune, camphor, menthol; balanced, sweet, round, and velvety on the palate with a touch of "hui gan". A grand cru.
Recommended brewing techniques:
5g for 250ml (1g per 50ml) / water at 95°C / 1min. / 5 infusions
Pre-rinse the leaves (quick 3-second infusion) with water at 95°C, then let the leaves rest for about 30 seconds before the 1st infusion.
