(Fujian, China) White tea originating from Fujian Province, Zeng Huo County. Traditionally, white tea was reserved exclusively for emperors. This tea, composed of buds and its first two leaves, is harvested exclusively in spring. The picked leaves are simply sun-dried to maximize their natural taste and preserve their benefits and nutrients as much as possible.

Soft and fresh on the palate, it offers floral notes reminiscent of lily of the valley, autumn fruits, banana, and chestnut, among others. A rounded finish and a sweet sensation are left at the end, recalling a beautiful sunny spring day.
