This white tea comes from the Fujian province, from the famous Fuding region. Traditionally, white tea was reserved exclusively for emperors. This tea, made of buds and its first two leaves, is harvested exclusively in spring. The picked leaves are simply sun-dried to preserve their natural taste as much as possible, along with their benefits and nutrients.
With sweet notes and a good roundness on the palate, its slightly woody taste evokes ripe autumn fruits and banana, with a hint of hazelnut and chestnut.
