(Vietnam) LAM DONG ĐỈNH NÚI is the pinnacle of high mountain teas, coming from the very summit. This exclusive experimental and artisanal production tea originates from the famous Lam Dong province, whose ancestor is Alishan tea from Taiwan. This artisanal production, limited to 15kg, comes from the first spring harvest and consists of one bud and its first two leaves.
On the palate, it is complex and rich, offering notes of gardenia flowers, a sweetness of jasmine, milk, vanilla, umami, mineral, and a sweet finish. A grand cru with original and gourmet notes!
Preparation: 5g=250ml / 95C° / 40 sec. / 4 infusions
