Beng Cha Lao Shou Mei de Fuding - White Tea
Country: China Region: Fuding, Fujian
Year: 2014
Weight: ±357g
This white tea comes from the Fujian province, from the famous Fuding region. Traditionally, white tea was reserved exclusively for emperors. This tea, composed of buds and its first two leaves, is harvested exclusively in spring. The picked leaves are simply dried in the sun to best preserve their natural taste and as many of their benefits and nutrients as possible.
With sweet notes and a good roundness in the mouth, its slightly woody taste is reminiscent of ripe autumn fruits and banana, with a hint of hazelnut and chestnut. This tea has been aged since 2014 to improve its taste and potential benefits.
