Our Yame tea garden has been the recipient of numerous global awards for product excellence for years and is ISO 22000 certified. From the first spring harvest, this very rare red-black tea called Wakoucha is of premium quality and highly prized in Japan.
When infused, its reddish liquor offers fruity notes like date and forest fruits, honey, malt, and a hint of wood. It has a beautiful roundness and sweet sensation on the aftertaste. This tea can easily be compared to great English and Chinese vintages - a must-try!
