Production: Eco-responsible product from healthy and natural cultivation without chemicals, without pesticide use, and made fairly according to international "Rainforest Alliance" and "Ethical Tea Partnership" standards.
(Anhua, Hunan Province, China) From the 1st spring harvest and made from century-old wild "Ye Sheng" tea trees. Organic-grade leaves are a prerequisite for fermentation. Once dried to 90%, the 3 hottest days of summer are used for natural fermentation of the leaves by covering them with a canvas to create condensation and humidity. This process allows the leaves to develop golden flowers (crystals).
When brewed, this tea offers sweet vegetal notes with fresh, floral, and creamy aromas.
