Region: Yunnan
This red tea comes from wild tea trees aged between 30 and 40 years. Native to the Yunnan region, its purple leaves come from a rare cultivar called Camellia Assamica Dehongensis. The leaves of this cultivar are reputed to be more nutritious and beneficial than all other cultivars.
This limited edition pure tea offers a reddish liquor. On the palate, it is reminiscent of a rich-tasting white tea with complex floral and fruity notes, finishing with a slightly tart edge. A grand cru!
