This artisanal red/black tea from the renowned Yame region is made from the Yabukita cultivar. It comes from the first spring harvest of wild tea trees grown in a garden high in the mountains.
When brewed, it opens with a hint of cocoa, followed by floral aromas reminiscent of lily of the valley, fruit notes such as grape, cherry, date, and orange, and finishes with a touch of cinnamon and a sweet molasses finish. A truly exceptional reserve grade tea!
