This famous medium-steamed green Sencha tea (Chumushi) of "reserve" grade is only produced occasionally if the growing conditions are perfect, and therefore not every year. Its flat and thin leaves of great lightness from the first harvest are steamed in an artisanal wok.
Its liquor offers creamy and sweet umami notes, summer fruits and a touch of roasted nuts. It is very rich in the mouth and extremely pleasant, with a beautiful length. A great cru in limited edition!
Preparation: 5g=250ml / 72C° / 45sec / 3 infusions
