2. Please clearly identify the name of each person taking the training in the comments during payment or via email before the training date, so that we can issue the certificate with the correct name.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to settle in before the start of the training.
4. Get a 10% discount on your tea and accessories purchases when you attend the workshop/training.
5. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the workshop will not be refunded or exchanged. You can always transfer/offer your ticket to another person.
